Things like this tick me off to no end. Old Navy is line with flag swimsuits, swim trunks, onesies, et cetera. But no one cares. They also sell flag scarves and have no problem with those either. But once someone makes a hijab, it’s a big issue. Ridiculous.
Middle America/ignorant Americans are awful, and all I can do as an American is speak out against it and apologize for the sheer madness these people are spouting out.
My country is one i love for its my birthplace, but it’s one I also am ashamed and disgusted off 100% of the time
